How often should a new creator post?

Consistency beats volume. A realistic posting rhythm for your first three months, and how to keep it when life gets busy.

The honest answer is: as often as you can keep up for three months. A page that posts three times a week for a quarter beats one that posts daily for two weeks and disappears.

Start smaller than you think

Pick a rhythm you could still do on your worst week. For most people with a job or a family that is two or three posts a week. You can always add more later, but a broken streak is demotivating.

A simple rhythm

  • Weeks 1 to 4: two posts a week. Learn your setup and your voice.
  • Weeks 5 to 8: three posts a week, one for each content pillar.
  • Weeks 9 to 12: keep three, and spend the extra time improving your hooks.

Batch to stay consistent

Film several videos in one session, with the same outfit and light, and schedule them across the week. Batching removes the daily decision of whether to film today.

Review once a month: which posts held attention, which did not, and what you enjoyed making. Keep more of what both worked and felt good.
